If you receive an item that is unsuitable and it meets the following return requirements please follow the below easy steps for a swift and streamlined return for exchange or store credit.

- unworn/unwashed - with original packaging

- not on sale (sales items are non exchangable)

- within 7 days of purchase

- please note original postage is not credited and is recharged for replacement item/s. 

Please email us on for a return authorisation number within 7 days of receipt of goods including your name, order number, the item/s and the reason you wish to return. The item/s must then be promptly returned within 5 working days of Return Authorisation being issued. We encourage that you register your return mail and keep a receipt as we do not take responsibility for goods not received.
