If you receive an item that is unsuitable and it meets the following return requirements please follow the below easy steps for a swift and streamlined return for exchange or store credit. Pre-Orders may be exchanged or credited, but not cancelled.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

- all tags/labels attached and intact

- unworn/unwashed and with original packaging

- swimwear can be exchanged as long as the hygiene seal is intact

- not on sale (sale items are non exchangable)

- within 7 days of purchase

- please note original postage is not credited and is charged for replacement item/s 

 

EASY STEPS FOR RETURN

1. Please email us on support@zambezee.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of goods and include your name, order number, the item/s and the reason you wish to return.

2. If your item meets the above requirements you will be sent a RA number. The item/s must then be promptly returned within 5 working days of the RA being issued.

3. If you are exchanging your item/s please include a pre-paid tracked satchel for a seamless exchange process. We also encourage that you register your return mail and keep a receipt as we do not take responsibility for goods not received.

4. Clearly mark the bag with the RA number and send to:
